Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of these products (furniture, fragile items, hygiene), please review this policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and tags intact. For decorative plates and vases, they must be unopened, unused, and free of chips or cracks.

Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

  • Used items: Coffee tables that have been assembled or used; decorative plates that have been used or washed; vases that have been filled with water or used.

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.

Return Process & Fees

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all parts. For vases and plates, use original protective padding.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For coffee tables, costs may be significant. We recommend trackable, insured service.

  4. A 15-20% restocking fee may apply for coffee tables.

  5. Refund issued within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries (coffee tables), note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. For fragile items, check for cracks or breakage immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing Parts
If your coffee table arrives missing hardware or parts, contact us within 7 days. We'll ship missing parts free of charge.

Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings and natural variations (wood grain, ceramic glazes), actual colors may vary slightly. These minor variations are not considered defects.
